Sansoni had spent here early life in Mexico. Her father was a business man and mother was a writer. Lived in luxury she always admired her mother writing. Her mother visited several parts of the world to sharpen her skills and gain a detailed knowledge of her subject. Ramona Constance Sansoni was used to go with her mother in such trips and being daughter of a writer she see the world with a different prospective.
Her trip to different regions of the world makes her think about the bad conditions of the women in society and she vow to transform it. She completed her graduation from Howard University in 1986 and then starts to work in her father food processing company. She works for seven years there.
She started her own company in the year 1997. The company founded to help employ women’s all around the world. The company opened its first branch in East Asia. Her immense knowledge in women’s issues makes her journey less complex. Her success lies in the fact that Sansoni organization has currently over 60,000 women’s employees. She earned awards and appreciation for her terrific role in the betterment of women’s status.
